EU-compliant for import and export
Before a product reaches the market, its documentation must meet requirements that vary by product category and destination country. We check the mandatory safety instructions, pictograms, declarations of conformity and required languages, so your manual meets the rules whether you import into the EU or export from it. Every manual is written to the applicable standards.
Ongoing updates throughout the product’s life
Every manual is version-controlled. You can see what is documented where and what changed between versions, and you can go back to any earlier version at any time. When the product gets new features or a firmware update, we revise the manual and bring every translation in line, so the documentation stays current in every language. If a market surveillance authority inspects the product or a customer files a complaint, you can show exactly which version of the manual shipped with which production batch.

Localization

Translation is built into the project from the start. Our TechWord Lingua division first establishes which markets the product is going to and what the manual has to comply with there, then sets up the workflow to match: terminology agreed directly with the manual’s authors, translation, review and a final check in layout.
